The Project X Regional Final took place on 24 April 2024 at the Lycée Français Alexandre Yersin in Hanoi.
55 scientific and technological projects relating to the Sustainable Development Goals were in competition. 4 juries of 4 people selected the best projects to represent the Asia-Pacific region at the international final.
Here are the rankings:
1st Hanoi - Vienam 3rd C students team 2 with the eco-responsible application
2nd Colombo - Sri Lanka The CNED middle school students with the solar oven
3rd tied: Luang Prabang - Laos collège 6ème et 5ème with the air conditioner
Shanghai - China collège 3ème A 3QA9 with the Dissou-gomme
Well done to the winners and to our EFLP students and their teacher Jérémie!
These winners have all been entered for the international final, which will take place on 23 May 2024. They will have to defend their project in front of a jury by videoconference.
About the Projet X competition
Project X is a science and technology competition focusing on sustainable development. The competition aims to encourage young people to develop innovative projects that provide concrete solutions to environmental problems. Participants have the opportunity to work in teams to design innovative and creative projects in areas such as renewable energy, waste management, biodiversity conservation, etc.
